Bladnoch’s ECommerce

March 2020, for most businesses it was the beginning of a new challenge. How to face a global pandemic with venues closing, people in lockdowns and millions of jobs lost.

For Bladnoch, I have a brand-new eCommerce website ready to be launched. Using both premium, immersive design and simple UX to drive conversions in their 2 key markets (UK and Australia). The website was built to accompany the company's growth and was launched in 4 versions including 5 inventory locations, 2 different banking systems, and product ranges depending on the country, the integration of a tour booking system and CRM program.

After the first year of operations, the eCommerce channel has become top 3 market in terms of value generated over more than 40 countries. The growth was sustained with ‘online exclusive’ products and bundles for key selling periods and a minimal social ads investment.
