The topic of sustainability can be somewhat overwhelming, but we can have a real and positive impact at home by simply respecting the everyday products we use. If we all bring a little creativity to potential food waste, we can not only reduce it but make something delicious from it!
For Pure Scot Whisky, we partnered with leading drinks professionals around the world to get their take on celebrating the summer months in an environmentally conscious way.
Starting in 2021 with a sustainable cocktail masterclass hosted by Australian leading bartender Millie Tang, for US mixologists in collaboration with Thirsty mag, we released for Earth Day, four delicious cocktail recipes using minimal impact and no wasted packaging or ingredients.
For World Whisky Day 2022, we continued the series of sustainable cocktails in the UK, partnering with the Herald Scotland and Glasgow mixologist Jack Jamieson (@scottishmixology) to create three unique, tasty, and sustainably sourced cocktails.
